Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of dryriteaz.com and to requests for service from Dryrite Restoration LLC (“Dryrite,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using our website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

Dryrite Restoration LLC provides water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, asbestos testing and removal, air duct cleaning, steam and carpet cleaning, bio-hazard cleanup, odor removal and related services to residential and commercial properties in the Phoenix Valley. Dryrite Restoration LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #343932).

The specific work we perform for you, including scope, price, schedule and payment terms, is set out in the written estimate, work authorization or service agreement you sign for your job (“Service Agreement”). If anything in these Terms conflicts with your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

2. Website information

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or for professional, medical, legal or insurance advice. Every property and every loss is different, so the right solution for your property can only be determined after an inspection. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

3. Estimates

Estimates are based on the conditions we can see and measure at the time of inspection. Water, mold and fire damage are often hidden behind walls, under floors or in other areas that cannot be seen until work begins. If we find additional damage or conditions that change the scope of work, we will explain what we found and get your approval before performing additional work, except where immediate action is needed to prevent further damage or protect health and safety.

4. Scheduling and response times

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. Arrival times can be affected by weather, traffic, call volume, property access and other conditions outside our control. Any specific response-time commitment applies as described in our published guarantees and your Service Agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

To help us complete your job safely and on time, you agree to:

  • Give us safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas
  • Confirm that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to approve the work
  • Tell us about known hazards, such as damaged wiring, gas leaks, unsafe structures, previous testing for asbestos or lead, or occupants with health concerns
  • Keep children and pets away from work areas and equipment
  • Leave drying equipment running and in place as instructed, and tell us before moving or turning it off
  • Provide accurate information about the property and the loss

6. Insurance claims

We can help document your loss and communicate with your insurance company or adjuster at your request. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company, not by Dryrite, and we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid in full. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any approved work that your insurance company does not pay, as described in your Service Agreement.

7. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, due dates and accepted payment methods, are stated in your Service Agreement. Unpaid balances may be subject to the remedies available under Arizona law, including mechanics’ lien rights where applicable.

8. Testing and hazardous materials

Mold, asbestos and air quality testing may be performed by us or by independent laboratories, and results depend on the samples collected and the conditions at the time of sampling. Asbestos-containing materials and other regulated materials are handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. If regulated materials are found during a job, additional testing, abatement steps or permits may be needed, which may change the scope, schedule and price of the work.
